Hidden in Michigan lies stately Oak Manour, handed down through the Adaira family.  Oak Forests surround the Manour, untouched by the fires of the 1870's or by the lumber barons. Today, these forests are in danger from pests, disease and more. We were surprised to learn that one third of the world's oak species are threatened with extinction.

Similarly, your skin is endangered. What the stores call "soap" in any form is actually detergent by definition.  Your skin is threatened by these chemicals as well as dehydration, sun exposure, allergens and stress. 

Oak Manour has a dual aim of protecting your skin while advocating for oak trees.  For 100% natural skin care, choose our products made with Essential Oils.  Our other scented products are made using scent oils.  While not 100% natural since scent oil is manufactured (usually from natural ingredients), these products are made from pure oils and butters which are a vast improvement over the harsh detergent "soaps" people normally buy.  What you can't see can hurt you.  We encourage you to decrease the chemical burden on your body and try our products.
